GUTSY and glamorous with gruelling dance moves, The Pussycat Dolls strike the Nottingham Arena with feline ferocity. Surging straight in with bassy, driving track, Taking Over The World, the five scantily clad women prepare you for a showdown.

This is more than just an ordinary, flimsy girl band; this is the manifestation of some of the best choreographers, beat-makers and catchy pop lyricists the mainstream has to offer.

Not bad considering The Pussycat Dolls started out as a burlesque dance show in Los Angeles – only to become the pop band they are today once they had exploited the nationwide attention and addition of lead singer Nicole Scherzinger. Working with will.i.am, Busta Rhymes and producer Timbaland really helped launch them with a stylish, gritty version of pop.

On Saturday night they blasted out most of the big songs on both albums with costume changes and vigorous dance routines. Nicole's voice propels well and highlights include a speeded-up version of When I Grow Up and their most famous track Don't Cha.

This was the Doll Domination their latest album promises.
