Amsterdam review,
WOW, that’s all I can say, hahaa
So the day finally was there, me and my sister bought this upgrade package so we were really excited.
They said you have to be there at 5:15 Pm, so we thought well be there at 4 to make sure we were on time, along the way travelling to Amsterdam, we caught up with some other pcd fans, it was really nice
So finally we were there, but we didn’t really where to be, so we asked but the security didn’t know either so we just waited at the VIP entrance. When it was 5:15 nobody came to pick us up, so we kinda got nervous. After half an hour a woman came outside to ask what we were doing and we told her that we got this package, she said “ well I go inside and ask the band” . In mean time it was already six o’clock and the door were opening 6:30. The package includes early entrance, so I toought I’m gonna call that office and after 15 minutes they decided we had go to the office entrance, so we went. Well 2 minutes later their bodyguard picked us up and gave is these backstage tickets and explain everything about what gonna happened and then he got us into the front row, right in the middle. We waited a good 20 minutes until the other audience came inside.
We first got to see Queensberry, which was kinda the good music compairing with gaga and PCD but you could see they were really nervous and we in Holland didn’t know them so it was kinda like we have some music until GaGa.
Then Lady Gaga came and that was AMAZING, I already saw hear in London but this time it was even better, she said “Amsterdam is the place to party “ so we did. She song her hits like “just dance”, “love games” and “Pokerface but also some other stuff from her album like “Paparazzi” She was really into the crowd, which was amazing.
Then the headliner came up, PCD. The intro was amazing, everybody screamed along and when they came up on their cool bikes the crowd even screamed more and Kim and Jess looked at each other like if they were surprised that we were screaming so loud.
So we started with Takin’ over the world, which I personally think it’s a good song to start with.
Then some of the hits of their album PCD like “beep” and “I don’t need a man”
They really were into the crowd and Nicole even spoke a little dutch which was funny to hear but she did good, Somewhere I read Nicole picks some of the people in the crowd to focus on, so they actually get a private concert, I thinks that’s is really true, because she was waving at laughing to me all the time, even with stickwitu she sang a little bit to me what was so cool and of course the other dolls always waving and smiling and blowing kisses.
They had really good show with a lot of pyro’s and light effects. I also liked the drummers in the back.
They dancers were amazing, I already saw Kenny before the show, me and my sister keep screaming Kenny while he was in the dancebreak, even the other dancers told him, look those girls are screaming for you, ahaha
Almost at the end the girl next to me had to puke, ahha really nasty but security brought her backstage to cool down. At the end of the show it think 4 girls fainted, I didn’t really expected that on a pcd show.
So after the show we got picked by their bodyguard and he brought us to a room where we had to wait until pcd came, he handed us our tourprogram and passes and a hoodie because they didn’t had those usb thing. After like 15 minutes we had to come to meet them and I was really nervous but they were all so nice and gave hugs and asking how I was doing. I brought some that’s candy and even some skittles and some souvenirs, Ashley was really excited I brought her some she was like giving all the presents to the other dolls, like jess this is yours mel this if for you, she even joked that she was looking for the dutch shoes but couldn’t find them on heels to dance on. Then we took pictures and I asked if they could sign my don’t cha hoodie and I talked a little bit to Ashley, I asked if she could remember the last time we met but she couldn’t, I can imagine that haha
Unfortunatly Nicole wasn’t there because she didn’t felt good but it was oke, after we finished jess said “ So I now were gonna eat some skittles”
The we left and we waited at the reception for our parents, we saw Kenny standing outside with Brandon and another dancer and we took pictures, they were really nice.
All of the sudden we had to leave the reception and wait outside, so we went and the bodyquard said to us why you’re not going home? and we said we had to wait and he let us back in, We were aloud to stand inside until Kim/Ashley/Melody/Jess came out of the elevator. They were running into their bus because of the weather, Ashley even screamed and we screamed with her.
Then Nicole came but she waited inside for a little bit because her bus het to come, after the bus came she came outside with to bodyquard but she looked at me and still gave me a hand.
It was like the best day of my life and if I had the change to do it all over, I would
