Bournemouth review-Long Chat with Nicole
So, i ll start off by saying that this is the best trip i had..And january 25th was the best day of my life..
To begin with, on our flight from Cyprus to the UK, there were 2 guys that apparently got drunk at the airport. (typical UK gals)
and while we were on the plane, at one moment they got up and headed for the Exit Door and they were trying to open it.. Everybody was like "WTF??"... The flight attendance could calm them down, so they brought the pilot..They eventually calmed, and we were relived..
Anw,so after a long day of traveling, we got to Bournemouth and to our hotel, which was situated only like 2 mins from BIC(the venue). e checked in our hotel at around 1.30pm, and then i asked the hotel owner if she had any info about the concert and where could i meet them.
She told me she didnt know,but the people that had concerts at BIC usually stayed at the Marriott Hotel, which was exactly next to my hotel. I was so thrilled, since i thought they might be there.. I got ready and headed for the hotel. I waited at the parking for 10-15 minutes, and then went inside and asked the reception if the Pussycat Dolls were staying there.. Unfortunately they werent..
so, i left the hotel,and got to the venue. BIC is so huge, and i was so disappointed cz i thought i wouldnt meet them. I looked all over the venue, even asked the Info Desk, and nothing. The venue had so many places, and i didnt know where to go..
I was eventually found standing at the back, looking t the amazing beach of Bournemouth. Then, a woman asked a guy there, and he told her that PCD had arrived way before. I was so bumped. I was like "there goes my chance of meeting them". Then, awhile later, while i was staring at the beach, there was a couple that was looking at the beach too..It would never crossed my mind of who that was.. then she turns the other way and i realize it was Ashley and Kenny, holding hands.. I go near her and asked her if we could take a picture.. She was a bit hesitating but then Kenny told her "Go on, take the picture". and he was kind enough to take a picture of us:

I was so happy that i met Ashley. Then, a while later, she came out and sat on a place, and she was talking to the phone for like, 30 minutes or so..

Btw, i stayed at the back, hoping that all the Dolls would come out.. Then, Katie walks out the backstage with one of the male dancers.. They were taking some photos of the beach, when i approached her and asked her, "you are katie,right?" She was like, "Yeah, OMG how did you know" i told her i was a fan. and then i asked her if i could meet Nicole, and she told me that she would definitley come out to see the ocean, and then i could meet her. She asked my name, and told me i had an awesome name. Anw...
She was staring at the beach, and was like "You need so much passion to be swimming in such cold water", i was like "yeah", and then took a pic and said "I will put this as my screensaver for ever".. '
Then, she asked me where i was from. I told her Cyprus and and she was like, "really? do u study here?"
I told her that i came to Bournemouth just for the concert, and she was amazed. She told me "OMG, are you serious?" Then, she headed for the bacjstage entrance and told me that she would go get Nicole, cz she had to meet me.. I was so excited.. I waited there for a while, and then Katie came out and told me that Nicole was doing her soundcheck at the moment but she would definitely come out. Then, i gave her the CD i made for PCD, and asked if she could give it to them, and she was lime "sure thing"..While we were talking, Jessica came out, and took a photo of a girl that was standing there.. Then Katie told me to go near and take a photo..I did, and jess was like, "sure hon"...

Then she walked near the beach and took some photos. I took some photos of the beach too

About an hour later, Nicole comes out.. She looked so amazing. Katie told me to come near. There was also a guy there,probably an artist, that had painted a beautiful portrait of Nicole..She signed it and took some pics with it...f course,i took picture of her too.

Then, Katie told Nicole to come near, cz she wanted her to meet someone. She introduced me to her, and we took a photo:

Katie said" Wow, it looks like you both have a halo over you head". Nicole laughed and said we should take another one,facing the ocean..

Then, i went near the cliff, staring at the ocean, while Nicole was taking some more pics.. Then, she came near and took some pics of the ocean too, and then asked me to come near her.. Here is our conversation:

Katie: Nicole, did you know that Martinos came all the way from Cyprus just for the concert"?
Nicole: really? That's so awesome.. What is Cyprus?
Me: Its an island in Europe. Near Greece..
Nicole: Cool. So, what are you studying?
Me: Not yet.Im still in High School. Im 16
Nicole: really.. still a baby
Me: yeah. So, when is your solo coming out?
Nicole: You know, im still working on it. im such a perfectionist. It will come out at the right time..
Me: Cool. I cant wait. I actually heard lot of the songs on it.
Nicole: (looks amazed) really?? which ones?
Me: Save me from myself, Just Say Yes, Physical, Power's Out e.t.c.
Nicole: (looks even more amazed) OMG, im so glad. I never thought anyone would get to listen to those songs.
Me: well, they are great. you should keep them for the album
Nicole: I might will..we'll see...
Me: Cool. Me and all the fans cant wait for it..
Nicole: Thanks hon.. Means a lot to me.. You guys give me strength.
Me: *smiles*
Nicole: So, what are your plans for the future? What to do plan to study?
Me: Music producer..
Nicole: really? Thats so amazing. Do u like music?
Me: I love music..
Nicole: White kind of music?
Me: i listen to everything
Nicole: Me too. i cant live without music...Which tracks are your favorite from the ones you heard from my solo material?
Me: Just say yes, Save me from myself, Powers Out
Nicole: Great. You have very good taste in music..
Me: Thanks

Then, one of the backstage people came near with a camera, and started taping her... She stood there, pointing at the ocean, and said" We are here in the beautiful Bournemouth. This will be our first concert here and we are so excited" and said something else but i cant remember what...

then, she approached me and asked me " Its Martinos, riight?"
then, the backstage lady starts filming me and Nicole, while Nicole introduces me to the camera..

Nicole: hey everyone. This is probably one of my biggest fans. his name is Martinos and he is from Cyprus which is....
Me: and island in Europe( needless to say i was dead nervous)
Nicole: and he came all the way from his country just for the concert. Inst that amazing?
she then asked me again about the solo material i liked...
and asked me some more questions...
and then said
Nicole: So, shall we go surf Martinos..?
Me: Lets go..

when the backstage lady stopped filming, i asked Nicole what was that for, and she was like
" Its for the whole world to see" we both laughed, and then she told me
" nah, its a little something for the next. A meet with a fan"
I was like, "Cool, thanks"
she then told me to wave my hand during the concert so she would see me, and then she waved goodbye and went inside..

I was so thrilled to have meet her, and actually talked to her for so long...
Katie was amazing too. She was basically thrilled with me. she kept calling me, and getting me to meet everyone..
and Nicole is something else.. I couldnt believe she actually took all this time to chat with me,and was actually interested in learning stuff about me...

Now, at the concert. I couldnt take pics and vids cz the battery of my cam went dead. But my cousin took a lot of videos and pictures, and i ll upload them once she sends them to me..
I was 2nd row in the front at the concert.. It was so amazing..
Lady Gaga really got us hyped.. and then of course PCD were beyond great.. Mel was sick, and Nicole messed up Beep again, but i have no words to describe how awesome it was..

Nicole even said something like " I had the pleasure to meet some fans before the show, and they touched me.." something like that, cant remember exactly what she said..
and yeah, jess and Kim referred to Tori...

so, in the end, it was an AMAZING day..one of the most exciting days i have lived...
and im so happy that i managed to give them my CD! I really hope they listen to it..

WAY long review, i just had a lot to say...

oh, and after that, i love Nicole 100000x times more now...
