No no, we aren't closing down the site... This is just a sorry from what Fox obviously want from us: not to add the X Factor episodes. As you know we've had Vimeo recently taking down all of our accounts which meant I was forced to be spending my Saturday evening replacing all sorts of videos that we'd uploaded there. Now as you know I had good faith in Viddler giving us less trouble, but it seems that Fox has also contacted them. Viddler has e-mailed us saying we'd need to sign up for a business acount ($100 dollars a month) in order to keep the accounts with the X Factor episodes on, obviously we aren't going to do this. We are in discussion with them (I hope) but I fear this'll be it as far as the X Factor episodes went. The Viddlers will be up for 3 more days until the accounts will be removed, so enjoy 'em until then. I'll see if Matt wants to give a hand in recording the episodes from UK TV so I can cut out the Nicole bits, but I've asked this before and he says it's simply too much work.

And just to say this won't affect us providing you Nicole's latest performances etc.  Just not full episodes of shows but if the due performance on X Factor in the Live Shows of Nicole is true of course we'll provide you that.
